Responsibilities

Job Description

• Developing and harmonizing HR policies and procedures to manage and enhance department effectiveness
• Advising management on disciplinary and performance issues, providing guidance on potential resolutions
• Directing training and development initiatives, offering support and coaching to foster employee growth
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, overseeing responses to government and legal inquiries
• Leading talent acquisition efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels, managing the recruitment and interviewing processes
• Crafting HR strategies for workforce planning, performance incentives, and succession planning in alignment with business goals
• Collaborating with executive leadership to integrate HR strategies and support organizational objectives
• Supervising HR team members, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management within the HR job family
• Managing the HR Information System to ensure data accuracy and integrity for informed decision-making
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
