Restorative Room Specialist: Architect of Belonging
Location: Combs Elementary (3-5)

The Opportunity: Turning Conflict into Connection
We believe that every student deserves a second chance and the tools to make things right. We are looking for a compassionate, visionary Restorative Room Specialist who understands that behavior is communication. As part of the Ferguson-Florissant "New Chapter," you will be a key leader in our commitment to equity and social-emotional excellence. If you are a bridge-builder who believes in the power of restorative justice to transform school climate, your next chapter starts here.
Role Summary
As a Restorative Room Specialist, you will lead a structured, supportive environment dedicated to developing positive student behaviors. You will guide restorative practices—such as circles, mediation, and reflection—to help students resolve conflicts and repair relationships. Working as a vital partner to staff and families, you will provide the coaching necessary to promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for every student.
