Job Description:
As a Regional Sales/Dispatcher you are responsible fordispatching CDL-A Truck Drivers, and contacting potential vendors to reach a sale. You will work with a team in order to achieve a goal established by management.

Your job as a Regional Sales/Dispatcher :

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls, talking with our drivers in order for them to reach their goal in a timely manner.
• Follow through with customer quotes/leads and order confirmations accurately and timely.
• Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Keeping up with the industry and company information and updates.
• Provide professional courteous service on sales calls or email each and every time.
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maximize sales and profit margin to contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
• Communicate with Admin to deliver seamless customer and driver service.
