Combined Transport, Inc is a family owned and operated logistics company, operating over 500 trucks throughout the United States and Canada. We specialize in flatbed, heavy-haul, and temperature-controlled freight. From our facilities in Southern Oregon, we support our commercial over-the-road drivers with sales, dispatch, maintenance, compliance, and other functions.
As a Driver Services Agent, you will work directly with our drivers to support their success over the road, including administrative, policy, or maintenance issues. Through phone calls and emails, you will be responsible for identifying driver issues and determining an appropriate resolution. You will work closely with other departments in the company to better support our drivers.
You must be dependable, reliable, organized, self-driven, and solution oriented with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on accuracy. A natural planner with positive critical thinking skills and ability to work well in a team environment. You should have the ability to work well under pressure and maintain boundaries with others to ensure fair and equitable administration of company policy and procedures. An ideal candidate has experience in: customer support roles or call centers; shop/maintenance environments; and/or trucking and logistics fields.

- Coordinate breakdowns/maintenance
