Product Administrator for
Commissary / Vending / Chirping / Tablets
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Product Administrator is responsible for understanding and distributing inmate commissary and supporting vending machines at the designated Detention Centers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The functions listed below are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function which may be performed the “Product Administrator”.
- Stock vending machines located throughout facility.
- Maintain and control inventory for vending products.
- Distribute inmate commissary.
- Train other employees on areas of expertise, as needed.
- YOU WILL BE WORKING IN DETENTION CENTERS.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Basic computer skills and scanner usage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
0-1 year of progressive work experience (typically in Business)
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, withstand weather extremes, and maintain good working relationships with staff.
- Maintain security clearance with facilities you are assigned to.
- Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions.
- Walking on cement floors on a regular basis
- Stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching on an occasional basis
- Reaching on a regular basis
- Talking/hearing on a frequent basis
- Seeing: the visual ability to perform an activity such as analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer terminal.
- Ability to use and learn proprietary software
- Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
