Essential Job Functions
- Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in accordance with the company and the facilities policies.
- Prepares, assists, or instructs inmate labor and/or team members in the preparation of a variety of food items in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
- Follows assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of jail meals
- Eligibility
- This policy applies to new hires who have accepted an offer of employment at Campbell County Food Services with Combined Public Communications.
- Employees must be in good standing, with no disciplinary actions or performance issues, to receive the bonus.
- Bonus Structure
- A total sign-on bonus of $1000 will be provided in two installments:
- $500 after completing 3 months (90 days) of continuous employment.
- An additional $500 after completing 6 months (180 days) of continuous employment.

Salary : $18
