We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Food Service Supervisors at the Campbell County Detention Center. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in food service operations.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise inmate workers in accordance with company and facility policies
- Assist with and oversee the preparation of meals following standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Train and guide workers in proper food preparation and kitchen procedures
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and facility housekeeping standards are followed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and enforce policies
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a secure correctional facility environment
Sign-On Bonus
Eligible new hires can receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus:
- $500 after 90 days of continuous employment
- $500 after 180 days of continuous employment
