SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Smoke Shop Assistant Store Supervisor is responsible for monitoring adherence to the internal controls relative to non-gaming operations. The Smoke Shop Assistant Store Manager's performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests. Under the general supervision of the Store responsible for product sales and accountability of the store.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures accountability of all products through an inventory system
• Assist in inventory counts of the facility
• Fully understands the tax laws and ensures accordance with Comanche Nation, Federal, and State expectations.
• Oversees product rotation
• Responsible for ensuring product placement following contracts
• Monitors the performance of team members ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Assists in the planning and execution of promotions
• Ensures that all team members maintain a high level of customer service
• Settles customer disputes
• Capable of making critical decisions
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Maintains awareness of activities
• Works with vendors and maintains confidentiality on all pricing and contracts
• Attends and satisfactorily completes all training or other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/ or Director of Operations
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
The Smoke Shop Assistant Store Supervisor will supervise the Smoke Shop staff. The Smoke Shop Assistant Store Supervisorwill see that all rules and regulations are being followed and teach and uphold confidentiality.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Team members are regularly exposed to the following: weather, exhaust fumes, second hand smoke, dust and chemicals associated with cleaning. Team members may be required to perform actions associated with the following on a regular basis: hand-eye coordination, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, driving, reaching with arms and hands, climbing and balancing. T earn members may be required to perform duties that require specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The team member may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with difficult guests and other team members.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalency, to include homeschool certificate;
- Three (3) years of Management Experience and/or related experience/training.
