Compensation & Shift Details
- Day Shift: $13.50/hr.
- Night Shift: $15.50/hr.
- Overtime: Significant overtime opportunities are available to increase earning potential.
Primary Responsibilities (Training Provided) Candidates do not require extensive manufacturing experience as full training is provided. Core duties include:
- Assembly: Assisting lead assemblers in the construction of air handlers.
- Material Preparation: Using a tape measure to accurately cut insulation and other materials to specific dimensions.
- Kitting: Organizing and assembling parts into kits to maintain production line efficiency.
- Collaboration: Working within a professional team environment to meet daily production goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Willingness to Learn: No prior assembly experience is required; 0–1 year of seniority is preferred.
- Tool Proficiency: Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
- Measurement Skills: Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
- Reliability: Must be able to work onsite in Houston, TX.
