We are seeking a Regulatory Analyst who will play a critical role in coordinating and submitting regulatory filings with local, state, and federal agencies. This position involves ensuring compliance with a variety of regulations related to drilling and operations while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for handling drilling permits and monitoring the progress of regulatory submissions, making your work vital to the organization’s operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and submit regulatory filings to ensure timely acceptance by local, state, and federal agencies.
Monitor the approval process of regulatory filings and address any compliance issues that arise during this time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met during drilling and operational activities.
Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of onshore regulatory and operations experience within the oil and gas sector.
Proven experience in handling permitting and sundry submissions for regulatory compliance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis tasks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance across operations.
