POSITION: Tribal Gaming Agent I (possible trainee)
SALARY: DOE, starting at $20.20 per hour (fully qualified)
REPORTS TO: TGA Senior and TGA Field Supervisor
LOCATION(S): Coulee Dam, Washington

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Non-exempt. The Tribal Gaming Agent (TGA) I is a mid-level position. TGA I's are responsible for on-site regulation of the Colville Gaming LLC (gaming operator) as authorized by the Tribal/State Compact and Colville Tribal Code 6-5 (Gaming) to assure all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and policies and procedures are implemented and the gaming operator meets all compliance requirements.
For the protection of the Tribes and gaming public, TGA conduct compliance audits including, but not limited to, investigations of known or alleged code violations, unethical or illegal acts of employees, managers, patrons, and others, as required by applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies affecting gaming, thereby maintaining the honesty, fairness, integrity and security of the gaming operation.
Tribal Gaming Agents are responsible for reporting on compliance issues of employees, managers, and supervisors of the Colville Gaming LLC operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Training:
