What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camp Kitchen Assistant/Cook position at Colville, Inc.?
We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Assistant/Cook to work in our kitchen under the direction of the Head Chef. As the Kitchen Assistant Cook, you are responsible for working with the head chef to provide high-quality meal service to our guests at our remote camp.
To be successful you will be responsible for maintaining sanitation standards, performing a variety of cleaning, food preparation, stocking, and serving duties in a commercial kitchen, storeroom, dining area, and serving area in our remote camp location.
This position is in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and requires a rotational commitment working a two-week-on/two-week-off rotation.
