Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business challenges and implement technology-driven solutions via applications, integrations, and automation
- Contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Serve as a technical advisor to close system gaps and recommend scalable or customized solutions as needed
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to craft integration strategies and document technical approaches
- Support organizational initiatives by delivering financial analysis, creating project documentation, and facilitating end-user training
- Translate complex finance-related needs into actionable system requirements and technical specifications
- Document operational processes and offer guidance to junior team members to support their development

Qualifications & Expertise
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience, ideally within healthcare or mission-driven, not-for-profit environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
- Working knowledge of core operational domains such as revenue cycle, payroll, time & attendance tracking, and information systems
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept to execution
