What you need to know about this position:
The Manager – System Financial Operations leads a team of 15 direct reports to manage the financial reporting and operations functions at Columbus Regional Health which includes the hospital and physician practices and its subsidiaries and other companies.
Reporting to the Director Sys Financial Planning & Operations, this position will accomplish objectives through leading the team, coordinating delegated tasks and applying sound principles of accounting and finance.
The base compensation of this position has a range of $87,692 to $146,182 and is only a portion of the total rewards package including a leadership bonus and a comprehensive benefits program. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.
This position is a salaried/exempt position with the general working hours of Monday – Friday 8am-5pm ET though the exact working hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the organization.
This position is eligible for hybrid remote work with the need to be onsite at Columbus at least 2-3 times per quarter or as needed to meet needs of the organization.
What the successful candidate will bring to this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3-5 years of experience required, healthcare experience preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
