What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attendant position at Columbus Regional Health?
What you need to know about this position:
- Our Attendants clean and disinfect our facility to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
- Attendants are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, offices, surgery suites, outpatient services as well as common areas throughout the hospital.
- The base hourly rate for this position is $16.56. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience and does include shift differentials and premium pay as applicable. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- The evening Student Flex position, 4:00PM-12:30AM, is not benefit eligible but is ideal for current students who need flexibility with scheduling.
What is required for this position:
- Requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, standing and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a medical environment is preferred
