What you need to know about the position:
- IS Support Technician maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- The IS Support Technician positions have a base hourly rate of $21.34. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- The shift for this position will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation with the team.
What is required for the position:
- High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 3 years experience in the support and maintenance of personal computers, printers, and print servers in an enterprise network environment.
OR
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, and a minimum of 1 year experience in the support and maintenance of personal computers, printers, and print servers in an enterprise network environment.
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License
Manufacturer’s certification preferred (e.g. A , Networking , or Microsoft Certified Professional)
