  • Restock clean towels, towel bins, water stations or guest amenities, pool supplies, and
related items as assigned throughout the shift.
  • Complete opening duties, including inspecting the pool deck, arranging furniture, stocking

guests.
  • Complete closing duties, including collecting used towels, removing trash, returning
furniture and umbrellas to the proper setup, securing supplies and equipment,
documenting or communicating pass-on items, and reporting unresolved concerns to
leadership.
  • Report maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, medical concerns, inclement weather
concerns, guest complaints, or operational needs to the appropriate leader immediately.
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, weather procedures, and operational
guidelines at all times.

periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleanliness, safety awareness, and guest service practices preferred.

needs.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and
guest-focused demeanor.
