Job Summary:
The Banquet Setup Attendant is responsible for the accurate and timely setup, maintenance, and
breakdown of banquet and event spaces in accordance with event orders and company standards. This
role ensures all meeting rooms and function areas are organized, clean, and prepared to provide
exceptional guest experience.

The Banquet Setup Attendant is responsible for the accurate and timely setup, maintenance, and

role ensures all meeting rooms and function areas are organized, clean, and prepared to provide
exceptional guest experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens,
- Arrange meeting room configurations (e.g., classroom, theater, U-shape, rounds) based on
- Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and presentable before, during, and after events
- Break down and reset rooms efficiently for subsequent events
- Coordinate with banquet captains, managers, and other departments to ensure seamless
- Inspect equipment prior to use and report any damages or maintenance issues
- Maintain an inventory of banquet equipment, linens, and supplies
- Assist with the movement and storage of furniture and equipment
- Ensure all setups meet safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent internal and guest service when interacting with clients or event staff

Salary : $30,096 - $37,925
