Job Summary: Associates will interact with vendors, account for deliveries, and coordinate for distribution/pick-up throughout the restaurant and market.
Essential Functions:
- Sweep dry storage.
- Sweeping and mopping coolers daily.
- Keep levels stocked up on flour, rice and sugar bins.
- Receive all deliveries, check in to ensure proper products where ordered.
- Weigh at least two protein items to ensure proper case weight.
- Takes receiving temperatures on refrigerated products.
- Receive all deliveries and place in proper locations.
- Label and date all items.
- Helps chefs with inventory procedures to ensure proper inventory is taken.
- Rotates stock according to protocol.
- Help when needed in kitchen.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position is seasonal full/part-time.
