The beautiful Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson located in North Scottsdale is seeking a Group Billing Coordinator/AR to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Keeps track of deposits/payments for groups and ensures timely collection of debts from clients.
- Addresses any billing discrepancies, errors, or disputes that may arise.
- Interacts with clients to answer questions, provide clarifications, and assist them in understanding their billing statements.
- Collaborates with finance and sales/catering professionals to maintain accurate information
- Ensure customers are billed correctly for events/room stays at the hotel
- Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
- Communicate with customers to answer questions
- Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
- Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments, etc.)
- Prepare and submit statements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position preferred
- Proficiency in the Hilton Front Office System (ONQ) is highly preferred
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
