Columbus Family Dental in Columbus, NE is hiring for a Registered Dental Hygienist position. We are a well-established, privately owned (non-corporate) dental office with patients that value hygiene care. Put your hygiene skills to use in an organized, drama free dental office where you will have patients that appreciate the care you provide.

Are you tired of the large or corporate offices where you are expected to keep doing more in an appointment? This position doesn’t expect you to do more and more. The hygienists in this office aren’t expected to scan patients, discuss Invisalign with everyone, screen for sleep disorders, etc. all within the hygiene appointment. We want you to focus on what you do best-hygiene!

Earn a great wage without having to worry about quotas or production. This office keeps it simple. Treat the patients well and the rest takes care of itself.

The office hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5. No evenings. No weekends.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions with schedule flexibility are available to you.

Responsibilities:

• The duties of the dental hygienist include discussing treatment needs with the patient, taking x-rays, taking intra oral photos, perio charting, oral hygiene instructions, prophy, polishing, scaling and root planing, delivering local anesthesia, placing sealants, posting treatment plans, applying fluoride, and sterilization.
