  • Manage and organize patient files, forms, and other administrative documents.
  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, claims processing, and billing procedures is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as required.
