This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a skilled trade and grow with a reputable company. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to become a successful epoxy floor installer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior installers with the preparation of concrete floors, including cleaning, grinding, and patching.
- Learn to mix and apply various epoxy and polyaspartic coatings.
- Help with the application of decorative flakes, metallic pigments, and other finishes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as grinders, mixers, and applicators.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service on job sites.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be a reliable and punctual team player.
- Experience in construction, painting, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
