Position Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a primarily inbound sales role with some customer service responsibilities mixed in. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales goals while also staying highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up.

This is not a role for someone who simply checks boxes. We are looking for a professional who asks smart questions, listens carefully, documents thoroughly, and works to find the right answer instead of guessing.

What you’ll do

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Ask the right questions, understand customer needs, recommend the best service, and close confidently
  • Schedule jobs, confirm details, and create a smooth customer experience from first call to booked work
  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes and records in the CRM (every call, every next step)
  • Follow up consistently by phone, email, and text so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handle basic customer needs calmly, solve problems, and loop in the right people when needed
  • Work toward monthly sales goals while keeping quality, accuracy, and customer care high

Office/Computer skills (required)

  • Real, hands-on experience with Microsoft Office is a must (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • You should be comfortable creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, not just opening them or making simple edits.
  • We’re looking for someone who can build and format an Excel sheet, put together a clean Word document, and create a basic PowerPoint without needing step-by-step help.

Communication (required)

  • Strong verbal communication (confident, clear, professional phone presence)
  • Strong written communication (clear emails, accurate notes, proper spelling/grammar)

  • Customers feel helped, not rushed
  • Your follow-up is tight, and opportunities don’t get lost
  • Your documentation is so clear that anyone can pick up an account and know exactly what’s going on

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 base salary per year, plus uncapped sales commission. Expected commission potential is $14,000-$20,000.
