Residential Scheduling Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Residential Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing scheduling logistics with customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate residential installation schedules
- Route incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate team members
- Work closely with customers to meet scheduling needs while maintaining technician route efficiency
- Answer incoming calls and provide general customer support
- Reschedule follow-up service appointments as needed
- Address and resolve minor customer concerns professionally
- Support technicians by dispatching same-day service calls
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with database and ticketing systems
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Experience in construction or mechanical trades is a plus
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the garage door industry
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
