Responsible for creating a classroom
environment that develops each student’s skills in listening, speaking,
reading, and writing so that they are able to effectively communicate.
Assists student’s in the development for an appreciation and
understanding of all types of literature that motivates students to enjoy
reading for information and recreation. Evaluates each student’s progress
in meeting the course standards for English skills (listening, speaking,
reading and writing) and Science. Establishes and maintains standards of
student behavior needed to provide an orderly, productive classroom environment.
Applicant needs one of the following areas for ---Ohio certification for 4-9 English Language Arts and Social Studies, or Elem. K-8, or Elem. 1-8.
