Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Inspector. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified metal fabrication company located in Puryear, TN. We do laser cutting, press forming, and welding.
Schedule
40 hours per week
4/10s: Mon-Thurs 7:00 - 5:30, with a potential for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of in-process product.
- Inspect all ready-to-ship product and keep track of what's available to ship.
- Data entry
- Complete FAI reports
- Assist in training staff on quality practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and using calipers is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting of findings.
