The incumbent serves at the Management Analyst within the Quality, Safety and Value (QSV) Office and is responsible for performing a variety of significant administrative management, and technical functions, tasks, and special projects. The incumbent analyzes, evaluates and advises management on the effectiveness and efficiency of resource utilization, information management, revenue enhancement, and VERA funding activities. Incumbent also prepares quantitative and qualitive analysis.

Responsibilities:
Duties will include but not be limited to:- Developing system for monitoring reimbursement and workload throughout the medical center.
- Defining new information management requirements for accurate reporting.
- Designing and conducting a variety of reports and detailed analysis of findings.
- Developing strategies and recommendations for implementing long range and short-range plans.
- Preparing and presenting data outlining operating trends or major factors.
- Reviewing data with appropriate staff elements to improve/enhance reliability and determine potential policy revisions and reviews.
- Utilize various software packages, to include Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Power BI, or Visual Basic to prepare special reports, forms, and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
