We’re growing fast and looking for a solid Lead Carpenter to join our team building high-quality post-frame (pole barn) structures across the PNW.
If you know your way around a jobsite, can lead a crew, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we want to talk.
Pay:
$40 per hour

Requirements:
• Proven carpentry experience
• Leadership ability on job sites
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to read plans and execute builds
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience building pole barns or post-frame structures
This is not a “stand around” position. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a project, keep things moving, and build something they’re proud of at the end of the day.
