In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Product Management and collaborate across departments to drive success. Your performance will be measured by your impact on sales growth, profitability, inventory efficiency, vendor relationships, and the success of new product launches.

Requirements for success:
- Manage assigned product categories, partnering with sales and marketing to deliver solutions and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee product lifecycle to keep the portfolio refreshed, organized, and aligned with company goals.
- Maximize supplier co-op funding to drive value for both customers and the company.
- Serve as a product and supplier knowledge expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate supplier trainings with the Sales Training team to keep the Commercial team up to date on products.
- Follow the New Product Development process and maintain clear communication with all teams.
- Support Marketing and Sales at key events, including market planning, buying groups, and trade shows.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related fields of product, supply chain, or sales
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Persistence with the ability to schedule and follow up
