Responsibilities
- Spanish speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Assist customers in selecting paints, coatings, and related products by understanding their project needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette.
- Mix and tint paint to match customer needs.
- Able to lift 50lbs regularly
- Load paint and supplies for customers when needed
- Comfortable working with customers and contractors
- Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure products are well-organized and accessible.
- Support upselling initiatives by suggesting complementary products such as brushes, primers, or tools to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and communicating inventory needs to ensure product availability.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer populations.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices to keep the store organized and inviting.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
