Sign-on bonus available!
We will hire two or more Sales Associates. We are looking for candidates who can work either a full or part-time schedule Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts also are available.
For full-time hires, after 13 weeks of satisfactory performance we will pay a sign-on bonus of $1,000.
For part-time hires, after 13 weeks of satisfactory performance we will pay a sign-on bonus of $500.
Our Sales Associates provide shipping, packing, printing, and other services, operate store equipment like copiers and POS systems, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized environment. The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift moderate weights.
The UPS Store® Fieldstone Farms in Franklin has been in business for 25 years and is a franchised, independently owned company. We offer businesses and consumers fast, efficient solutions for printing, packing, shipping, mail and package management, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs for shipping, packing, and printing, and provide solutions and information about products and services.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage customer pickup.
- Package Services: Receive and process packages for shipment, safely pack items, and use computer systems to process shipments.
- Document Services: Operate various equipment such as copiers, fax machines, binding machines, and laminating machines to assist with printing needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Retail Sales: Promote and cross-sell additional relevant products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer skills, including proficiency with internet applications.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift objects.
- Soft Skills: Basic math skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
