Burnside Surgery Center, an Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in pain management, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for managing front office operations and serving as the first point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and assist with general front desk operations
- Prepare paperwork, schedule procedures, and provide basic pricing information to patients
- Maintain organized records and ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have dependable transportation
Preferred (not required): experience in a medical office, medical terminology, or medical billing.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends or holidays
- Hours vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Up to 40 hours per week
