Within the scope of practice as defined by licensure, provides nursing care
under the direction and supervision of Provider, Director of the Family Care
centers/Nurse Coordinator. Provides quality patient care to the community,
continuously working within mission statement of Columbia Memorial Hospital.
Graduate from accredited school of nursing with current licensure and
registration minimally meeting the New York State requirements of a Licensed
Practical Nurse. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the New York
State Practice Act, American Nurses’ Association (ANA) Standards of Nursing
Practice and American Association of Office Nurses Standards of Care.
Salary Range: $24.10 – $33.12
