SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing financial guidance of the Hospital to ensure the
proper utilization and safeguarding of its physical and financial assets.
Responsible for insuring the financial statements present fairly the financial
position of the Hospital and that these reports are prepared in the conformity
with generally accepted accounting principles. As a member of the management
team, participates in the development and implementation of general Hospital
policies, goals, and plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: The level of knowledge acquired through the attainment of a
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
License/Cert.: A CPA or MBA Degree is preferable.
Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively more responsible
experience in financial management including accounting, budgeting, financial
planning, auditing, receivables control and so forth in a Health Care
environment. A high level of analytical ability is required in order to plan,
direct and control the financial activities of the Hospital.
Salary Range: $51.60 – $79.31
