Houseparent Assistant
Ben Lippen School is seeking responsible and caring Houseparent Assistants to support and supervise international boarding students in a safe, Christ centered environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy mentoring students, building relationships across cultures, and serving in a residential community.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during assigned weekday evenings and weekends.
- Help maintain a safe and supportive boarding environment.
- Attend weekend activities and church with students.
- Monitor student well being and report concerns promptly.
- Assist with daily routines, accountability, and student supervision.
- Work closely with Houseparents and boarding staff.
Qualifications
- Strong Christian character and a heart for serving students.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with students from different cultural backgrounds.
