Job description
We are seeking a self-motivated, relationship-driven Group Producer to cultivate new employer groups, expand our existing partnerships, and grow a high-quality personal lines book of business.
This is an on-site role for the first month but will turn into a remote role with regular on-site visits to businesses and employer groups.
The ideal candidate thrives independently, enjoys building professional relationships, and is driven to earn substantial commission income through performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate new employer group relationships
- Expand the number of participating groups
- Perform on-site visits for existing and prospective groups
- Quote and close new personal lines business
- Provide RMV services for produced clients
- Maintain strong follow-up systems to maximize group lead conversion
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate new group partnerships through cold calling, cold emailing, and in-person prospecting
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Outgoing and personable with strong relationship-building skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Willing to travel and visit employer groups regularly
- Motivated by commission-based earning potential
- Comfortable generating new opportunities through cold outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) and building relationships from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Applied Epic experience
- Singlepoint experience
Compensation Structure
This is a growth-oriented producer role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term, scalable book of business.
· Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 (based on structure and experience)
