The Laundry Department is essential to the hotel's smooth operation. The Laundry Attendant ensures the housekeeping team is fully equipped by efficiently preparing laundry and stocking linen closets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Support: Manage laundry, collect used linens, and assist with heavy cleaning tasks.
- Inventory Management: Track linen inventory levels and report damages or lost items.
- Guest Experience: Proactively greet guests and provide directions; maintain a clean environment.
- Communication: Alert supervisors regarding inventory issues, ordering needs, or maintenance repairs.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Fast-paced worker with the ability to multitask and work as a team.
