The Morning Restaurant Manager leads by example, overseeing Front of House operations in the General Manager's absence. You will ensure impeccable service, maintain a positive culture, and drive guest satisfaction through coaching and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage FOH daily operations; conduct daily line-up meetings and uniform inspections.
- Guest Experience: Perform table touches, handle complaints, and assist on the floor (hosting/serving) during peaks.
- Administration: Manage reservations/capacity, prepare weekly schedules, and interview/hire new talent.
- Accountability: Train new members, conduct evaluations, and coordinate with HR for staff development.
- Compliance: Monitor alcohol service and ensure all sanitation/food safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of restaurant experience; 2 years of supervisory experience in high-volume settings.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Proficiency in POS systems; passion for food and wine pairings.
- Ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods.
