About The Position
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday on-call availability preferred, but not required
- Single-dentist office
- Support team includes 4–5 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist, and an on-site Office Manager
- 2 operative columns and 3 hygiene columns
- Approximately 800 patient visits per month
- Approximately 75 new patients per month
- 30-minute new patient and standard recall appointments
- Predominantly in-network / fee-for-service patient base
- Approximately 95% collection rate
- Dentrix Ascend practice management system
- Panoramic imaging on-site
- NOMAD may also be available

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual income: $300,000–$400,000
- W-2 employment with a 1–2 year contract
- Compensation based on the greater of a daily guarantee or percentage of collections
- Medical/Dental: Flexible stipend
