Experienced General Dentist – Richmond, Virginia Area
A well-established, privately owned dental group is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a beautiful, newly renovated practice in the Richmond, Virginia area.
The organization has been serving Virginia communities for more than 30 years and has grown to multiple locations throughout the state. The group emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry and has invested heavily in modern dental technology. Its practices provide a broad range of services, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, dental implants, extractions, and other advanced procedures.

About the COMPENSATION & EQUITY:
- 32% of collections
- 100% of lab fees paid by the practice
- Unique opportunity to earn equity in the individual practice location
- Once the dentist reaches approximately $60,000 in monthly collections or $750,000 annually, they may become eligible to earn equity in their location
