Qualifications
- Active APRN licensure
- Experience in Community Health, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine preferred
- Family APRN certification preferred
- Pediatric experience is highly desirable
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
- Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform thorough physical examinations.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses based on clinical findings and assessment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and patient access representatives to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care planning.
- Practice within areas of expertise and board certification.
- Support community outreach efforts through health fairs, education programs, and other wellness initiatives as needed.
