The ideal candidate is a true practice builder who is motivated to grow a loyal patient base while providing comprehensive, high-quality care. Candidates must be comfortable performing surgical procedures and endodontic treatment, as these services are an important part of the practice. Implant placement experience is welcomed but not required, with mentorship and continued clinical development available.

Position Overview

• Location: Charleston, SC
• Schedule: 4-day workweek
• Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on surgery and endodontics; implant placement welcomed
• Facility: Modern, multi-operatory practice with experienced clinical support
• Patient Base: Primarily cash and private insurance (no Medicaid)
• Daily Volume: Consistent new and existing patient flow with hygiene checks
• Ideal Candidate: A motivated practice builder who is comfortable with surgical procedures and root canal therapy while growing a long-term patient base

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Daily minimum guarantee to start, transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
