Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license and DEA registration in good standing
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience required
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Strong skills in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term patient relationships and work collaboratively with a supportive team
Compensation & Benefits
- $275,000 – $340,000 annually
- Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of collections
