Position Summary
We are hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our two processing facilities. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and benefits coordination. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or food processing HR experience, strong WA and CA labor-law knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding; ensure I-9 and hiring compliance.
- Advise managers on performance, disciplinary actions, investigations, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver training (harassment prevention, compliance).
- Coordinate benefits administration with HR & payroll.
- Maintain employee records and ensure legal documentation and retention.
- Serve as cultural and language liaison (English/Spanish) for employees and supervisors.
- Manage reasonable accommodation requests.
Qualifications (minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years HR experience; manufacturing/food processing experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken) required.
- Knowledge of WA & CA federal employment laws (WLAD, ADA, PFML, Paid Sick Leave, ACA).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between facilities.
