Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Check-In Chiropractic Assistant to be the “Boss of Today” in our office. This role is essential in maintaining smooth patient flow, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage daily patient flow and appointment schedules
- Set clear expectations for patient visits (exam, consult, scan, etc.)
- Assist with incoming calls as needed
Scheduling & Communication
- Schedule and confirm appointments (new, follow-ups, and make-ups)
- Conduct reminder and confirmation calls
- Follow up on missed appointments (calls, emails, rescheduling)
Office Coordination
- Prepare and lead daily team huddles
- Maintain the overall atmosphere and organization of the office
- Notify doctors of patient arrivals for key appointments
- Manage music and patient-facing environment
Administrative Duties
- Track and enter daily appointment statistics
- Print reports, schedules, and daily performance metrics
- Handle patient transactions and scheduling updates
Team & Weekly Responsibilities
- Report weekly stats (patient visits, new patients, compliance, etc.)
- Assist with weekly planning, scheduling updates, and reminders
- Support team meetings and take on additional assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Previous front desk or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
- Basic understanding (or willingness to learn/adopt) holistic healthcare practice

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
