Location: Columbia County Health System; Dayton, WA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Previous Human Resource or Recruiting experience is preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional certification preferred
- Prior office experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Recruiting.
- Collaborate with departments to create and post approved job openings aligned with organizational values.
- Screen candidates, conduct reference checks, and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Lead and support effective, respectful interview and hiring practices.
- Conduct wage evaluations and assist in developing salary schedules.
- Extend and communicate job offers, manage negotiations, and provide candidate notifications with professionalism.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for rural healthcare and coordinate participation in career fairs.
- Orientation preparation and presentation.
- Coordinate recruitment outreach, career fairs, and engagement initiatives.
- Other Human Resources Assistant job duties include:
- Maintain accurate employee files and documentation; perform basic audits as needed.
- Provide general HR support to staff and managers, responding to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with benefits, payroll support tasks, and employee compliance tracking.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and document preparation.
