Location: Columbia Family Clinic – Dayton, WA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time | 36 – 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- LICSW – $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary
- LMHC - $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Consultant to join our clinic team and support integrated, whole-person care. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing evidence-based behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting and values collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Experience serving pediatric patients is required, and experience with adults is a plus.

Qualifications
- Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISCW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license required
- Primary Care experience is preferred
- Pediatric behavioral health experience is required
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial, mental health, and substance use assessments for pediatric and adult patients
- Provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting
- Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building to support patient self-management and treatment engagement
- Collaborate with primary care providers to support psychotropic medication management and treatment adherence
- Monitor patient progress, symptoms, and side effects through in-person visits, telehealth, and phone follow-ups
- Document care and track clinical outcomes using the EHR and caseload management tools
- Participate in weekly caseload consultations with psychiatric consultants
- Coordinate treatment plan updates with care team members
- Facilitate referrals to internal services and external community resources
