Job Summary
Columbia Cottage in Linglestown, PA looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well-being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Document care provided accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $17.00/hour, depending on CNA certification and experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks:

Schedule
- full-time and part-time day shift 6:30am-3:00pm
- full-time and part-time evening shift 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Shift Differentials: Additional $2.00/hour for evening and night shifts.
