Silver Spring Personal Care Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs to join our senior living community. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping them maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or well-being
- Safely assist residents with transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and encourage social engagement
- Document care provided, vital signs, and daily observations
- Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Respond promptly to resident requests and call bells
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and common areas
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide quality care
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification and/or caregiving experience required
- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to serving seniors
- Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
