Position: SUD Clinical Director

Department: Outpatient Addictions Department (OPAS) and Pathways

Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office)

Salary Range:  $90,126.40 - $124,259.20 (annually).  We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). There are 15 steps on the scale and offers are usually within the first couple of steps.

Position Requirements: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Licensure preferred-LCSW or LPC.  Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Candidates must be legally employable by a U.S. business
  • LCSW/LPC licensure preferred
  • CADC II or III

Summary: The Clinical Director coordinates and oversees department operations and staff. Essential duties vary per department/location.
